That's a very sad story, but he could have just as easily used a knife, baseball bat or burned the house down while his family was a sleep. Ashram is just trying to get a stir out of us.

Trying to point the finger at a gun in this case is absolutely rediculous. Had it said man stabs wife, five kids, and himself after loosing job, would you say knives need to be illegal? Or if he used a hammer, should tools be illegal?

People are responsible for their own actions, not the objects they use to commit the crime. This guy obviously had some physcological issues and simply snapped.

Wow, that is a lot of anger! I thought it was tradition around here to post stories we find in the news about people defending themselves from robbers and such with their guns, or people using their guns, or something like that?
