front door windows can't be tinted, everything else is fair game, I think. that way, when it's 70 degrees and sunny in january, we can chill in the car at the beach while the rest of the country digs themselves out of the snow.
yeah, well, laugh at it all you want...from what I understand, their CARB standards are starting to be picked up around the country...so its spreading...

Thanks to global warming, it was 70+ in Texas most of the winter. Sooo...

south GA has pretty good weather, it hardly ever freezes, can wear shorts nearly year round and we have beaches
