Btw, I am studying law. I'm hoping to fight corruption in corporations, and help people with legitimate cases take down these arrogant corporations that think they don't have to answer to the public for their actions. This type of case will be right up my alley!
I'm not looking to defend sh!tbags that are trying to retire off simple mistakes. I'm looking to stick it to the companies that try to dodge their ethical and professional responsibilities to the public.

you don't present yourself well enough to be taken seriously with all the name calling and sudden "logic" assumptions that you make about anyone. so what if someone calls you names? big deal, who gives a ****. you also don't need a few exclamation marks scattered to get your point across.

but, lets back up a minute.

But you're right, companies should take zero precautions with their shopping carts! In fact, maybe they should put spikes at the ends for more aesthetics, and also eliminate the clippable seat belt for children because they shouldn't take precautions. Under your logic maybe no companies should ever be responsible for their property, nor should they be responsible for ensuring the safety of people or their belongings when they come to shop at their stores. Good call
how did you even come to this "you're right etc. etc." from a facepalm pic and a simple one liner that was mocking your post that included some retarded analogy that has nothing to do with your conclusion?

I'm studying law too and there is no fault for the store in this scenario. However, if the shopping cart has the stores' name on it and it was hit within 500 feet of the store, it may just work out for you. There is a clause in some states or some counties (not 100% sure which ones) that would make anything that is property of the store that could be thrown at them for liability. Do some research, and make sure to ask around and especially ask the employees of the store if anyone was aware of the cart being out there for that long and having it been hit by muliple cars.

prob his boyfriend was blowing him on the way to the beach to get there sodomy on. Got distracted by the deepthroating and nailed the shopping cart.

should sue them for your BF snipping the tip of your cock off when you hit the cart.

...it should be noted that i think that it was stated she made that call because they wouldn't give her a refund, and she wanted the cops to force them to give her a refund.
