Default How often do you miss a shift?

I missed 2nd today, well not really missed but i let the clutch out before it was all the way in 2nd. I was in 1st, redlined and wanted to spin the tires in 2nd but let the clutch up too soon. It sounded horrible but ive done this like 15 times since ive owned the car and it has never caused any damage at all, just makes the worst noise ever lol.

I think a short throw might help, what do you guys think?

You think a short shifter will help because you can't drive a stick? Here you go. BTW: that noise is your transmission going AH WHAT THE **** YOU IDIOT WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!1

A short shifter isn't going to help keep you from missing shifts if your problem is with your clutchwork.

That being said, I've been missing 3rd lately for some reason (like twice in two weeks now). And I'm not talking about the "hitting 5th" or "grind and go in" type misses. I'm talking the all-out "miss the s**t out of the gear" misses where you hit the notch between 1st and 3rd a few times before you find 3rd lol
