nitto's dont hook for **** on the track. i have the street tires on my rears, they work fine for daily use... although they spin a lot in any rain from a drizzle to a downpour.

i've cut a 1.856 60 ft at the track with my 555R's, so i don't know what the **** you are talking about. others have also hooked just fine at the track, even with the 555's.
and way to fail, again, fastbackford.
either tire would be good for street use. the BFG's might wear a little faster, though. check the tread wear rating on the two.
