I have uveitis in both my eyes, therefore my eyes are sensitive to bright lights. Since my car sits low and i can see everyone's highbeams at night, i'd rather have my window tinted then wear sunglasses at night. (great now I have that song stuck in my head)

ive had 4 speeding tickets, 1 mail in, i jsut payed it cuz i was speeding, 1 was for aggrivating speeding to obviously the cop was there and i had 2 get a lawyer, and 34rd and 4th time was from the **** cops in my town and they were both sargeants and never showed and 1 won those, so it is a gamble whether theyll be there or not.

my dad once got a speeding ticket and when he went to court every1 in the room who got tickets from the cop won, the cop apparently had died, was kinda weird.....

I believe in rmodel for the new district attorney in gotham lmao

A certification for pacing? Seriously? I've never heard of such thing. Certification for radar, yes. For pacing...

FWIW...I don't like pacing either. From what I've seen it is hard to be 100% accurate, when absolutely necessary (If I'm behind someone that is flying) I will take the speed I am pretty positive the car is going, and subtract five mph just to be sure.

OP...go to court if you wish. Don't expect the cop to not show. Tell the judge/prosecutor that you probably were speeding but you don't think you were by that much. Don't expect it to be dropped completely, but you can probably finagle a lesser charge/fine/points out of it.

there is certification for pacing, also he can demand the date of the last speedo calibration(all cop cars have certified speedos) like i said it is rare to be certified to be certified in pacing. you cant use a skill your not qualified to use in LEO can you ie taser, radar, marksmanship etc?? year ago pacing was the norm it has fallen out of favor.

I don't know of any certification for pacing either. Maybe they teach you it when you go to Evoc? Lol, pacing certification

Ok, I guess you know more than me.

I'm fully aware that patrol cars have certified speedos. I'm fully aware that certifications are abundant amongst the career. A certification for pacing is not one of them.

I was recently told that the calibration of my car can be off due to the reason that I switched from 16" wheels to 17" wheels. If I can get my car recalibrated and I can show proof that my speedometer was off, will this help me in court?
