I find it stupid that advertisers/companies would charge for such things as company logo decals. Why the hell should I pay for their free advertising! Grabberpony.com charges over $20 bucks for windshield decal. It should be free or just pay for shipping. To me it says, "You need to pay us to advertise on your car." Should be the other way around. I am not pissed at the consumer, rather companies that have the balls to do this. Then again it happens everywhere. I feel better now---sorry.

Whenever I see a ricer with stickers all over his/her car, i think," OOOO, they have a sponsor." I don't put crap like that unless I have to. I went to the NOPI event in 2006 and if you won and didn't have the sponsor sticker on your car, you didn't get paid. So I took the stickers off after I went out in the first round (lol). I like the clean look.
PS. when I b ought the car and it had a dealer plate shield on it, I told them to take it off or knock $200 off the cost of the car. They took it off.

Whenever I buy a new car the first thing I do when I get the car home is take off the dealership's sticker, plates, etc. I think if they want me to advertise for them then they need to pay me.

i think around here there is a law for the dealerships that require them to have your consent to keep their name on your car after purchase it, but most of them just toss in a couple of lines in the fine print of the contracts to cover their butts.

Same thing as me. I just tell them that if they want me to advertise for them, $200 and I'll leave it on as long as I own the car. They take them off every time.
