Yeah I'm talking about conditioner that you put in your hair! It always leaves everything smooth, I use it for my legs and other stuff.

From my experience, it does that the first few times if you don't keep it moisturized alot.

After I had cancer, they shaved away what they had to, so I shaved the rest off so it didn't look retarded.

Takes a while, but it stops getting bumpy like that, it's just irritation.

waxing is the best way tho IMHO, it stings a little, but it lasts longer, and makes it smoother.

uuuhhh..... not to mention it hurts like hell. The only thing I get waxed is my eyebrows.

i use a regular razor and shave my chest all the time. i guess i'm lucky cus it doesn't itch and i don't get ingrown hairs. the only place it can feel annoying is by the belt line
