He cant touch your $ until you leave feedback anyway.. and when you file a dispute he cant touch any of his $ (in the acct). I usually wait a week of no response to file. 2 weeks if they say 'they sent it' and i havent seen it.
I would file tonight honestly bec once you file the seller has 48 hours to respond, if he doesnt it takes like 2 weeks for paypal to figure things out.
I will wait until Monday, since that is what I said I would do in the last email. I have been using ebay since 1998 and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. Like I said it is only 50 bucks, and it is not like I am hurting for money, it is just really the principal of the matter. I want my parts or my cash.

I sent a second email to the seller today. If I do not hear from him by Monday, I am going to file a dispute. Like I said it was only 50 bucks (for already painted silver bezels and stuff for my New Edge) but I really wanted em! I suck with spray paint, so this was a good option.
If you file a claim and he doesn't respond in 3 days you automatically win. I've had 3 claims, but one I let go cuz supposible he had a death in the family and he mailed me a $15 ipod gift card with the Ipod I bought/won.
The seller FINALLY got back to me after me: filing and escalating my claim with paypal, and leaving negative feedback.
I got a tracking number. He did not even DROP OFF the package until the 24th (Last Fri, and 13 days after I paid him)
Of course he is all pissed off and mad, but like I told him, waiting 13 days after getting payment is ridiculous. When and IF my stuff gets here, I will remove the neg feedback and leave a neutral, with bad ratings for shipping and communication.
