Not only would a multivitamin possibly help, it could also help you to grow big and strong, so you wouldn't have to chase 15 y/o tail..

that thing isn't part of your leg.. when your penar twitches its your virgin body responding to stimuli.. i'm guess you were watching a work out program.. probably involving men from your description..
