Mostly food, I've experimented with supps in the past but when it boils down to it, just eat a sht load of food (if you want to pack on mass). I've tried N.O.- Xplode, still have half a tub left, but I delevoped tolerance real quick and it did not work anymore. I use ON whey occasionally, and GNC's Mass XXX to help get my protein/calorie intake up each day.
I do a simple 4 day split of Monday-Chest/Tri, Tuesday- Back/Bi, Thursday-Lower Body, and Friday- Shoulders, but I can flip some things around if I feel like it.
true mass-1200 calories a shake and superpump250. nox is not a waste of money if you get the right stuff. i had gone through two containers of it and didnt have enough money to buy another for a while. i finally got one again and saw extreme differences from on and off it.

I've been a bodybuilder most of my life, and have tried most everything. Trust me when i tell you that 99% of all suplements are not worth the money you pay for them...period! Your money would be better spent elsewhere.
Maximize your diet and training to the max before buying into the latest/greatest fad.

you probably know that but, if you didnt, thats all you really need to know about supplements, you could take all the protein in teh world, but if you dont work out all you are going to do is **** bricks..
