There are a few supplements that do work okay, but alot of times someones buys something they believe works, and they actually start eating better, training harder, etc. Then they attribute all the gains to the supplement.
Don't get me wrong, some supplements are great for the person who can't eat 7-8 times a day, or doesn't want to train with true animal like intensity. I just think almost all of them cost more than they're worth.
You need to combine mad intensity with real science to accomplish exceptional gains.

aren't you like 15 sean? stop +1'ing people in a weight training thread lol
I only work out 5 times a week... I take 40G's of protein pre workout and a pre mixed protein+creatine deal post workout
work out for about an hour in the gym with free weights monday, wednesday and friday... tuesday & thursday I run with ankle+wrist weights around the beach for about an hour

im 18 and have 3 years of weight lifting experience..
When i was in highschool i worked out 3 hours a day.. 2 periods of body building at school and an hour of body weigh excersies at home.
and you weighed 95lbs... now 145?
145lbs of pure muscle?
that's like saying a lotus is 1800lbs of pure english muscle
XD
in high school "weight lifting" class isn't really experience... it's just a bunch of kids lifting things randomly, we were all there at one point to get out of PE class or football training lolz
the only people that have real "weight lifting experience" are the big guys that hang out at the local 24/7 gym and only take breaks to get full body massages... all the rest just like to stay in shape and lift things on a routine and naturally happen to get bigger on a cause and effect deal
It's also a proven fact that only working out for an hour is better for you than working out for 3... your muscles can only stress themselves for so long before you aren't really going to get anywhere pushing them any harder... wasted effort if you will
