I take Superpump, Pro Complex, Con-Cret, and on mornings I do abs, Xenadrine. I do cardio 45 min 7 mornings a week, and abs every other day with it. Then I return in the afternoons for my heavy lifting 7 days a week. Superpump with a small bit of creatine before, and procomplex with a scoop of creatine immediately after.
And no, Im not over working.

NO-X is the biggest waste of money ever. You're only cheating yourself when you use 'products' like that.
The program you're doing is good, but you won't get the results you want unless your eating habits work together with your workout habits, especially considering diet is the main part of the game - the workout is the easy part.

This, NoXplode is mostly caffeine...
Just buy some noname NoDoz on Amazon for $6, then some L-Arginine, and some quality Creatine if you want to. I loved Trinitine when I was on it, not much water retention and helped with recovery. It's also pill form.
