Default Anyone else find Toyota's recall ironic?

They can design some of "best cars in the world" but something as simple as a reliable floor mat design somehow got past their big brains. I don't know what's more ironic, the fact that Toyota made such an obvious blunder or the drivers that can't wrap their heads around checking a floor mat from time to time to make sure it hasn't slipped.

I don't know about anyone else but I always glance at the floor mat as I'm getting in to my car and adjust it if necessary.

I think it's humorous anyone finds this news. I don't even think it's for the stock floormats but the all-weather ones or something. Anyone who finds this serious is an absolute idiot.

Ford has had recalls on the Focus and F-150 for spontaneous engine FIRES.

That was so five years ago and you would think the #1 car builder in the world would've learned from that mistake made by a competitor. Again, it missed their big brains and that's the irony.

Watch out man. Those floor mats caused 9/11, Pearl Harbor AND the death of Dale Earnhardt.
