Don't you get it that normal law abiding people do not go aorund shooting other people?

That only crazy people or criminals do and they are going to get guns no matter what the "ban" says?

So a ban only disarms people that actually would protect themselves legally.

Gun Bans do not work, they cause the exact opposite effect.

Just study the strictest gun ban in the nation in Chicago and how they are now the murder capital of the United States (do not take my word for it). Then pick ANY city with conceal weapons laws (that allow the weapons) and educate yourself on the subject and see how it actually brings down crime.

LMAO @ You thinking normal people don't commit crimes! HAAHAHAHAHA!

So tell me, who are these criminal? People who commit crimes?!?!? OH NOES!!! Tell me something else, how does one become a criminal, I mean since your logic says that only criminal commit crimes.

I want you to take a second and take a deep breath and repeat after me "I will not let myself fooled by statistics".

Do yourself a favor and rent "the wire". Watch all 5 seasons, and then comeback talk to me about statistics.

You're like school in July, NO CLASS.

Kennesaw is a city in Cobb County, Georgia, United States. The population was 21,675 at the 2000 census. Census estimates 2007 indicate a population of 31,613. The original name for the town was Big Shanty. It is now considered a suburb of Atlanta.

^ You say more guns will cause less violence? You make it sounds like if everybody has a gun no one will ever get hurt.

It's like this, crime will never cease, all you're doing in changing the game, people adapt.

Think of the wild west, everybody had a gun back then, people still died all the time, remember duals? What makes you think that wont happen, if anything innocent by stands will die, why? Because of human error. So until you fix the problem(people) nothing will change.

the wire is a fictional television drama... let's all watch that and get "educated" on how things happen IRL

weapon bans are a bad idea... the criminals will get unregistered weapons regardless as to whether there is a ban or not

and cominus, MK2 has more automobiles than all of off topic combined... one of which being that red thing in his sig... your little "class" speech probably made him chuckle a bit

MK2 and I don't agree on many things but taking peoples right to bear arms away is the most retarded idea anyone can ever think of... not only will the good be defenseless but the very bad will have complete control over MANY things.. including higher influence on non criminal organizations

I've broke this situation down more than once tons of times and I've come to a simple control to explain it

No, what Im talking about is "statistics". Numbers are one thing, what I mean is that if all the "crimes" are being committed in the ghetto then wouldn't it be safe to say that if you're not in the ghetto you're not gonna get shot randomly?

No I agree with this, what Im talking about is the big picture, violence in general, I dont think more guns will lower everything, and if it does it will only be momentarily.

Uhh...yeah, when did I call him poor? He ran a business out of his garage but he wont tell us what he sold, I know who "he" is, not irl though.

I dont know, you can always look at other countries like say Japan and thier numbers nowhere come close to our when it comes to gun murders, Im not saying we should take them away, I just think it's a little too easy for some people to get them if you know what I mean.
