Just thought I would share my album on here with you peeps since it's for sure off topic for a mustang forum. We went to the big Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend this year. It was a LOT of fun. There were probably close to 1000 or so vette's in every year from 53 on up. They had a new grand sport out there, a few zr1's, lots of pace cars from each generation, etc.
If any of you in the area havent been to eureka springs, its an interesting little place. The haunted hotel is very cool, and lots of neat little tourist attractions.

Was there last April for a Mustang show and Limer meet...
Cute little town indeed.
Drove from Orlando and I had fun in the twisties, nice change from FL flatlands.
Old guy 1: Nice Vette, whats done to it?
Old guy 2: Thanks, cold air intake and exhaust. You?

pheasant run resort up here by West Chicago (the city, not the west side lol) has a corvette show every spring. easily draws in 500 vettes from 53-current that are bone stock to restomod's.
pretty badass show. this year they had the meccam auto auction there doing an auction.
i missed the show this past weekend but they were there again auctioning cars but this show was the regular all around classic car show.
I like the new grandsport models..but for $65K one might as well get the Z06
I dont like them as much as I do the 96 grand sport. The paint scheme should have been different, different wheels, etc. I think they could have made it stand out more than they did for the cost of it. Ohh well.
There were a TON of z06's there.. It was unreal. Probably 4 or 5 Zr1's, loads of pace cars, a couple of calloway corvettes, and a ton of custom jobs. it was unreal how much some people had in their cars. There was a C5 Z06 for sale for I think 40k that was a 9 second street car. No telling how fast a few of the custom turbo guys were either.
