yeah being torn like that u can actually survive quite a long time, the arteries will retract up into the body and your BP and heart rate will drop low enough to keep u from bleeding out so quick. usually when femoral art.s get cut people panic and bleed out pretty freaking fast cuz they are elevating heart rate. this guy stayed calm like he should have and maybe saved his life. if this had been in the U.S. i would have survived for sure.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
If this country had modern medicine, the guy would probably be just fine. Notice how he really didn't lose that much blood.

It kinda creeps me out that he keeps tugging at his skin and stuff down there. And there was an incredibly small amount of blood compared to what I was expecting.
