I guess these were the last two days of filming. At least that's what I heard on set...
Oh! So b/c I was the first car moving in a few scenes, they gave me a walkie-talkie thing so I could hear the various commands so I knew when I had to go/stop/ etc. WELL....you can hear ALL the crew'sdiscussions..from the sylists to the assistant directors to, well , everyone. It was hillarious to hear all of the "demands" that Pacino had. We were all set up and ready to go for a scene, and then someone was like "Al has requested the entire script to be brought to him on the second floor." Then the next person was like...uh..the ENTIRE script? Um, yeah. " Or then like a half hour later we were ready to shoot, and most of the extras were in May weather clothing, b/c thats when the scene takes place, they were freezing their ASSES OFF when Pacino demanded a cup of hot tea. So everything stopped and these poor ppl stood there in shorts and stuff.
They are in Troy right now, this afternoon. We finished in Detroit at about noon, and were heading out to troy for the next part of the filming. They will be at a Big Boy, I remember that.
must have been cool, my mom and i were extras in Die Hard 3. it was the scene where the cab was tearing thru central park, but most of the time they were using this lame half-a-car rig
