I weighed in last night, since it is the date of my WW meeting. I lost 2.5lbs this past week, which is pretty good, figuring I really have only been working out since monday. What I was doing before I wouldn't really consider working out, it was more like just doing stuff.

Yeah, I really don't like this class I am in now. I think I am a great leader, I just don't want that responsibility yet for this. With WW, there is a tendency that as you lose weight, you drop out. So, every six months or so, you effectively have a new class. I know nobody there, which is fine. But out of the 10 people that were there last night, I was the only one that lost weight. Here we are talking about the holiday season coming up and they are just hoping not to gain. Once again, I was the only one that had a goal of losing over the holiday season. The last time I was a part of this there was another guy there that was a weight loss machine, he was really overweight, but was dropping 3-5lbs a week and we kinda lead the deal, people would look to us for inspiration and guidance and support, which is fine. But now, from the past two weeks, it looks like I am the only one there that gives two ****s about this and I kinda hope they don't elevate me to that level again. But I am sure they will if I keep on pace with my goal of losing at least 2lbs a week even over the holidays. I swear, some people on this planet have no hope. You tell them that they may not be able to eat three plates of food, or will have to only have one slice of pie and they are looking at you like And you have to explain to them that sweets come last and they just don't get it.
One girl asked us what we do when it is like eleven o'clock at night and you are hungry. My leader was like either go to bed or have a glass of water. This chick comes back and is like "But I am hungry!" I am just like And no, she doesn't work out at all either.
Then another one hit 10% weight loss last week which is the biggest milestone next to becoming a life member which is when you hit your end goal and she allowed herself to gain back to the point that she is no longer 10%, it is like GAAA how do you let yourself do that!
Okay, done ranting. Oh, but I am continuing with it, I just don't like the folks I am with yet.
