yeah.. that has the LS6 in it.. basically the same as an LS1. The main difference between the z06 and the z51 in 02 is the fixed roof and power increase due to the intake, exhaust, and programing. It also has a stiffer suspension and some other little goodies to differentiate it from a normal vette.
What I would worry about is a car with extra low miles (45k on an an 02 is great), going for so much under book value. It just smells of problems. And I doubt its still under your standard factory warranty. Maybe the very limited power train warranty for 10 years, but for the most part those were 3/36k warranty cars.
iirc weren't the LS6's 6 bolt main engines, while the LS1's are 4 bolt??? or am i just thinking of the LS7???
