Thought it was pretty freaky. Keep telling myself its a movie. Anyone else have scare themselves after watching it? Read there was an alternate ending where katie comes back up stairs and sits down and slits her throat.

No the alternate ending is where katie comes back up and rocks back and forth for a few days in the bedroom, then her friend or whoever that was comes in the house after knocking on the door and not hearing from them for awhile. She then sees the dead body of the husband and calls the police. The police come in and eventually find katie upstairs in the room with the knife. She gets up and starts walking towards the cops and they yell at her to drop the knife and she kept coming so they shot her like 3 times, then checked the rest of the house and the movie was over.
At least that's the "alternate" ending I saw. My roommate had a DVD rip he found on the internet to watch on Halloween and that was the ending on it. He also had the theatrical ending though (the throwing body at camera and all that). The theatrical ending seemed better/scarier
Pretty freaky movie, but a lot of it was actually funny, like the comments and such. It got kind of boring for me and then all of a sudden it was over. It was good though, good suspense/freakiness.
+1 on ending ruiner.. you should say 'spoiler alert' in the title you fvckstick

i like Florida esp for the no state income tax which is win :P but GA has cheaper gas prices and COL where im at.... honestly id like to live in florida but right on the GA/FL line to save on the taxes and gas etc :P plus the beach is win like right now your freezing your balls off in MD :P and its a nice 60 degrees down here\
oh also Fl is referred to correctly as the "GunShine" state
