Have to bring this thread back from the dead for a story of good customer service.
I purchased a Leatherman Skeletool CX about four months ago. I use this thing all the time and it has a fantastic knife and decent pliers. Anyway, I used the pliers in sort of a twisting prying motion, and broke them. I got on the Leatherman website and realized that they have a 25 year warranty on all of their tools and knives. I shipped it to them, I don't think they could have had it for a day, and I had a replacement in about six days.
My mail is slow here. I was shocked that I could have a replacement in six days. It probably took three days shipping both ways, that means they turned it around the same day they received it. Pretty happy customer.

I got a Cabelas gift card, so I picked up one of their knives made by Buck. I've always wanted this particular model, seems like the perfect size for everything. And hey, it was almost free. Will post details later.
Got a new pocket knife to replace my old one that I lost last time I went to the strip club drunk. How did I lose it? **** if I know.
Stock....except for the cai, Steeda CMDP, Brenspeed dyno tune, Flowmaster 60 series, Ford Racing strut and control arm brace, Koni shocks, Steeda Sport springs, Whiteline Watt's link and sway bars, GT500 brakes, and a healthy coating of dirt since I'm too lazy to wash it.
