Is this a common ricer thing? Anyone seen some asshat do this before? There's this car facing me in a left turn lane today and its kind of got this cutout under the front bumper and I get to looking and I'm like, oh this guy's displaying a big intercooler. Mind you this is like probably a 91 Integra that is just ratted out. Paint is shot, running on skinny little tires with factory wheels (minus hubcaps). Fart can in the back. Car just looked like hell. I'm thinking surely noone does that kind of motor work and leaves there car looking like that. He turns and the rear is sitting really low. Now I don't know the deal on the intercooler, but just curious if anyone's seen a guy put a dummy intercooler on a POS car.
