Learn something every day. I didn't realize the LS motors were so light.

The lsx swapped cars are slightly heavier in the front still. Not much though.

I can live with the wheels it has on it now, but they arent staying. Once I have all my turbo stuff done I plan on picking up new wheels and a have other appearance things.

What color should my valve cover be?

I was going to go pink, but am having second thoughts.

Block and head are black.

Do you has Aluminum Head? You should do black block, polished head and then black valve cover.

yeah, aluminum, but not going to spend time polishing or I would polish the valve cover

The head will be something else changing in the future as well hopefully

Quick

I just took of my valve cover and cleaned it.

They look like this stock

But the two bolts in the front, one of mine was broken previously. Doesnt matter as I want to cut my valve cover.

But how far should I cut it

Either

or leave the back

Well I started to cut just the front off with a dremel.

Im not that patient, finished the cut with an angle grinder. Wasnt bad, cut it back further. Decent, cut it back all the way. Just came inside to warm up....
