Default My Official Miata thread- go meow

I guess I can stop posting Miata stuff in other threads and focus all the gayness in one tidy thread.

I bought it for just under 5k, a good deal around here, southern car with 75k on it which usually got for 7-10 thousand.

Some pictures to sum up my first half a year of owning the car.

It on the lot when I first looked at it.

A found a set of rims, which I found out later are Momo Arrows in 16x7. I didnt really like them and the guy wanted $300, but I did really want something new. I told the guy they werent really what I was looking for, he emailed me two days later saying for $160 they were mine. I figured meh and went and grabbed them...

I saw this sticker online and after a few weeks ordered it, for the lulz of course. (you can also see where I keep my front plate)

I then had a somewhat local chassis builder make a roll bar for me. (yes even though it is completely impossible for Miatas to roll......)

Im sure a ton of other small things I dont even remember.

I used it for numerous autocrosses

I want more power as the stock 1.6 with 90hp is a lot of fun for what it is, but id imagine a few hundred more will be a few hundred times more fun....

I picked up this 96' 1.8L with about 70k on it for $400.

And my Turbo just came in today

Exd: 75.46 mm
Trim: 48.9
Turbiner Wheel

I ordered my clutch, stage 5 compclutch last night. It will hopefully be here in a week or so as its all I need to at least get the engine in (besides cleaning it up and some fresh paint)

More to come in the near future

that could be a pretty quick little car

I've always wanted to drive one... every car review you ever read says they're fun to drive...

I just have a hard time feeliing like 90 hp could be fun...unless it was a go kart, or a bike
