They're enforcing a 12 inch rule. What's the big deal? That parking citation is made so people aren't hanging out in the middle of the road when they park. Big deal

its a big deal because its retaliation over a woman who was charged with obstruction for filming police from her own yard...community is outraged so the people who showed up to the meeting are being singled out for supporting the victim whose civil rights were deprived under color of law....

Quote:
§ 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights
Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

Rochester will pay out...

who woulda thought it........a cop defending another cop

I dont think that most cops are bad when they are hired, but the nature of the work turns them into power crazed, egotistical, self-righteous morons.

Give somebody power and they usually abuse

Who woulda thought, a cop defending someone who is writing a parking citation. I don't give a **** who they're giving it to, its legal and they're enforcing the law.

The big deal is that the pigs are out there enforcing petty *** citations because they know they were caught on film being dooches when instead they should be out looking for real crimes. I would rather worry about this extra 1/2 inch parking job then the gang of tards 12 blocks over ready to rob the poor kid walking down the street.... Thats not a cop that is a PIG.
