Like someone said Roush Racing is a large racing team. They have several Nextel Cup/Busch/Truck series race cars, they are the current power house in the series.
I wouldn't call Roush a manufacturer, they get complete cars from Ford, strip them and put on their own stuff, it's not like they actually assembled the whole car, they aren't much more than a highly recognized aftermarket car company.
Did you guys know that Roush played a role in the Mach 1 suspension? The cars were actually shipped to Roush for some work.....
