Default Alcatraz To Remake Bullit Chase Scene

Read it here: Bullit Chase Scene Recreated for "Alcatraz"

I don't normally watch this show, but when it caught my attention when they said they're going to remake that classic car chase. The original is the the prototype on which all future car chases were built and it still manages to be better than most.

Hit the link to see Steve McQueen chase a Charger through San Francisco circa 1968.

I have my doubts. There is simply NO WAY that they will be able to re-create the magic of the original chase, not to mention I doubt the city will let them do full-speed chasing as they did in the original. But you never know!

Steve McQueen double-clutching ftw.
