it's high in glycotoxins... (Also can cause diabetes)


(Also worth noting, grilling or cooking meat without a broth also causes it to be higher in glycotoxins I cook the majority of my meat in a pan with a marinade broth)

I generally marinate my steaks and chicken before grilling. I also use beer to douse flare ups which creates beer steam. Red meat and beer steam are great together. A mix of beer and teriyaki is even better for dousing.
