Default Something for the Gun person to think about, on weed.

Marijuana is illegal period in the United States. That being said no matter what side of the argument you are on by federal law it is. But you know as well as I that some states make it "legal" even though the fed. Keeps saying that it isn't. Still the feds do nothing.

On the other side you have guns perfectly legal and when correct background checks, which more thorough is needed, IMO. The feds can't get enough of trying to ban them or start a registry which isn't needed. You get states that want to override the fed. Law and the fed comes in and shuts that down. But won't do jack about illegal marijuana.

Just shows ya where this country is going when the president can stand up and basically say it's ok to smoke dope. But then the fed raises heck about different states trying to pass a gun law that only applies to that state

well, its getting cold outside again...****in reached down to the 40s the other day. almost can't wait for the snowy stuff............................almost i don't have a twitter account nor have i ever been to a twitter web page (update: i have), but if i ever did decide to take the plunge i will let you know by posting it in this awesome little box of text (update: not really)! i like tacos lol...though between crunchy tacos and soft tacos i cannot really say which one is better. sometimes, the mess a crunchy taco leaves behind is a little annoying while the soft taco just doesn't have the same taste... cake is so much better than pie no, srsly. **** pie. ****ing

Let me weigh this out for my own curiosity.
Guns blow people's heads off.
Weed cures numerous health issues.
Guns don't kill people, people kill people......with guns.
Weed saves people.

Yeah, I'm going to go ahead and say Kudos to America for finally getting smart about weed and legalizing it. It will be in all states soon. The fed gov is making a lot of money from med MJ sales and spending less on criminal prosecution. It's a win/win and a no brainer, Nancy Grace.

Fed's sometimes step in and bypass state laws. They aren't supposed to, but George W. Bush didn't mess with medical maryjary but after Obama took over he did prosecute the medical maryjary people, so I expect next president will go after the "legal" maryjary guys in CO and WA or wherever else.
