Thumbs down I am so fed up with my 14 Mustang GT

I was so fed up with all the problems built into my 2014 Mustang GT premium, that I got rid of it yesterday.
After being back to the dealer 3 times to have the a/c repaired, 2 times to correct the panel between the tail-lights on the trunk lid, then my rear main seal on my engine begins to leak oil. This was the last straw!!! I took it to the dealership for the repair on Wednesday, they repaired it, and I got it back on Thursday. Yesterday, Monday, I took it to my local Toyota dealership to see how much I could get for trade-in. $21,000 ! Yeah sorry, I told them. I went to another Toyota dealership, a dealer that I had dealt with in the past many times. They offered me $26,000 for a trade on the same model 2014 Toyota. Wow! I just want to say, "I will never buy/own another domestic American Union made automobile again!" This lack of quality with domestic cars and trucks sickens me!
You guys and girls enjoy your Fords, because I sure as heck did NOT enjoy mine. I'm sticking with a proven product from now on, Toyota or Honda!

Yep...cos Toyota and Honda are so 'proven'

Toyota's latest massive recall

Honda's latest recalls

BTW buddy of mine had a 2008 Tundra, that thing was in several times for issues, one of which they could not fix...vents in the dash would not stay in place. always pointed down. He ended up sticking some paper at the base of the vents to make them stay in place. He ended up trading that POS for a 2009 F150 which he still loves today.

To each their own.

Sounds like a crappy dealership/mechanic....some dealerships have the worse mechanics and other dealerships have great mechanics. Stangs usually stay together until at least 100K then stupid sh*t starts to break every once in awhile and the squeaks begin. I've been buying new stangs since 92 and they all seem to last/wear until about 100K....I noticed American cars are built JUST good enough compared some foreign cars that last a lot longer until problems start....although all brands have Lemons and you may have gotten one!
