That sucks big time lol! Back in college I lived in an apartment building and they would not allow my Mach1 to park in the lot. Because it was to loud and woke the neighbors in the morning......

It's great if the city/county/state you're looking at uses the same reporting system as Trulia. If you look at my city in Trulia, the entire city is labeled "good".....which is crap. So, it doesn't work here because we use a different reporting system.

Ditto...

Ain't the world too full of control freaks as it is without purposely buying into it?

Besides, I'll be dammed if some busybody is going to tell me what I can and cannot do on my property, or worse, what color I can paint my house or if I can put a shed in back.

Sure, sometimes you get trash for a neighbor, but that's freedom. And if it gets too bad ya got city code.

Wait until his wife leaves and forcibly enter his home.

Once you find him and his pets, slit their throats one at a time so they have to watch.

That'll show his wife not to marry such assbags.

The only HOA I have to answer to is Mrs. Fastback.

But you signed the paper and they own your miserable *** so quit being a scoff law and stop cobbling your broken schit together in front of God and everybody in the driveway.
LOL nice both-sides-of-the-fence argument
