Registration:


Registration for the event is $100.00/car, includes 6 hours of unlimited runs at the track, food and drink at the award ceremony. If you are not running car, but still want to attend, eat and drink at the banquet, then its only $25. If you just plan to watch at the event, it’s free. You will need to PM me (Rygen) the following information:

• Member Number: This will also serve as your car number for the event
• Class: Pick the class you wish to run in (you can pick multiple classes if you like)

Classes

You will need to pick a class; all classes will be based on your slips, so save them. With the winner being announced during the awards ceremonies. Here is a break down of classes/events:
V6 Top Dog: Open to all V6 cars
V6 Bolt On Madness: NA cars only
X-Charger Outlaw:EE X-Charger cars only, if there are enough of them
Superhuman Reflexes: Open to all cars, best RT wins
V8 Outlaw: Open to non street legal cars*
V8 Top Dog: Open to non 4.0L cars
V8 Bolt on Madness: NA Cars only
Collective Long Haul: Special prize to club member that drives the longest distance to the event

Also, I will need a list of any grudge matches. Results of grudge matches will be posted in the final results.

Keep your time slips!!!! I will need your best time slip for the awards ceremony and for the final results posting on the site.

Grudge Matches

We will have a set time for grudge matches, which will be from 2:00-2:30. At 1:30, Thompson staff will prep the track for our grudge runs. If you are doing more than one grudge run you will have to hot-lap in order to keep the schedule. Grudge runs will be announced by speaker this year.

We will run DR/Slick vs DR/Slick first, then Street Tire vs. DR/Slick and lastly, any combination after that.

Photographers

The Collective supports and encourages photographers to take pictures to their hearts content. However, we do have a few rules now that the Collective has spawned some hard core photo junkies. Photographers are allowed to shoot, but they are NOT allowed to charge for photos taken on track grounds. This is due to the Collective being non-profit and its associated business model.

However, you may charge for photos before and after the event as you see fit based on a separate agreement between you and another member. The Collective is in no way involved with these types of transactions.

Snack Bar will be open from Noon to 2PM, lets not try to bum rush them again!

Arrival

Gates open at 9AM, Racing begins at 10AM!

Once you arrive there will be a registration sign in at the event. Myself or one of the collective members will be walking the grounds registering folks as they arrive. You will need to sign in and sign track related paper work (legal disclaimer, rules, tech inspection info, etc.).

Racing:

• Right Lane: DR’s and slicks
• Left Lane: street tires
