Is anyone down to go to the mustang show this year? August 16th and I should finally have my GT then lol. I figured we could all meet up and convoy over to Pa lol. No sir but, there is a convoy of almost 20 going to the CJ show. From as far away as Arizona and Calgary Canada. You are more than welcome to join in on the fun. We are making a weekend out of it. Ging to the show, Hershey Park, on and on.

we normally do as well. This year though they are not on the same weekend so we had to choose 1. Nothing against AM, I like them in fact but, they lost because CJ is very close to an Amusement park...lol If we are going to make a weekend of it, we might as well ride roller coasters.

Cost: Free

Last year, you had the option of purchasing a $25 VIP parking pass. Of which all of it went to charity. Food and drinks are also free. Just show up and have a good time, pretty much it.

The plans are to go to the CJ show on Saturday, head to the hotel, change, relax, whatever. Maybe go out to dinner Saturday night (there really is no actual schedule). Sunday, we go to Hershey Park, ride some rides, have fun, hang out.

Monday morning, we all leave the alcohol restrictive state of PA.

Hershey Park:

Hersheypark - featuring 12 coasters and The Boardwalk at Hersheypark!

Tickets are $60 for 1 day. On the 10th, The park closes at 10pm and the waterpark closes at 8pm.

Accomodations:

This one is still up in the air as it needs discussed. I am going to use a fallback plan for now since I have been there a couple times and pick the hotel I stayed at so everyone can gauge pricing for this trip.

Hilton Garden Inn 550 E. Main St. Hummelstown, PA

Pricing is $270 a night for 1 room. Cram as many in it as you want. Look it up on google maps. See the parking lot around back? No one parks there, our cars would be alone and secure.

Alternatives... no idea how many coming so I will add to this but here is an example if there were 14 of us. Bout an hour out in Ephrata, PA. The cost would be about $3000 or, $215 per person all in. Again, if there were 14 of us.

If there's less of us, we can get closer for about the same price in a house. If there's more of us, it just gets cheaper at the one further away.


Those travelling from WEST of PA, there will be meeting points along the way to all cruise in together. The details of which, can be worked out.
