Sorry, I never made a thread. We are going to CJ. Leaving Friday morning, returning Monday whenever we get back. CJ show Saturday then whatever, Hershey Park and Hershey World Sunday then whatever.

$215 a person for the hotel for 3 nights.. that's total, not per night. $50 for a ticket to Hershey and how much ever else is upto you for food and souvineers. If you come, I suggest at least $50 to blow on candy for your kids at Hershey World. You can even make your own damn chocolate bar with whatever you want in it and design the wrapper.

Edit.. Friday being.. August 9th? whatever Friday is the closest to that one.

My kids have been so they will flip sheeet if I don't return with goodies..lol Just have to get a cooler with some ice so it doesn't melt. I'll be bringing a cooler for... um, pop... so, I will have one.

Also, side note. If you drink or plan to, bring your own ****. PA sucks about alcohol. It's hard to purchase (only at designated liquor stores, not in gas stations and normal places like everywhere else), expensive and inconvenient. Can't buy after 9pm, can't buy on Sundays, have to buy in cases, not 6 or 12 or 18 and it's like $36 for a 24 of Miller Lite where as here it's $19.99.

Unless you want to find a Wegmans because they set up to sell in smaller quantities but only by adding a restaurant inside the grocery that seats at least 40 people and has a seperate register for alcohol sales only and a seperate exit as well. PA law

Also, since I know you will read this OSU.. I was in Hilliard yesterday. Just driving by on the highway but, I was at Polaris Mall for a few hours with the family. They managed to cram even more **** up there since I moved away from Westerville.

Hey J,
How many people will be going? How many per room? How many rooms? The reason I ask is I work for Starwood Hotels. There is a Sheraton there. I get really good rates.

It's an oddball one. We got 5 coming from Ohio/Utah and one from Maryland. Then a guy from NJ and after that, maybe a couple more that will stay 2 days instead of 3. We are currently setup to stay at a um... well, I forget.. Hilton maybe? It's in Hummelstown, PA right by Hershey Park and 7 miles from car show. I have not called to reserve though. I was going to but, I blew a tire instead and the money went poof.

Hilton Garden Inn Hershey on E. Main St., I looked.

We like cheap though...lol

The Hilton is like $287 a night

There's a Sheraton on Line Rd called the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel that is pretty close. On Expedia is $205 a night with taxes.

So, yes, see what you can do man. Im down

Actually it's $236 a night at Sheraton. The other was for prepaid no cancellation. If it rains, they move the show to the following weekend. I'd be out $600 so, I have to have the ability to reschedule if need be.

I have a $150 a night rate per room. I can maybe get it less. How many rooms do we need. If this is the case. I would be driving down late Friday night. Are you showing your car? And when does registration close?

Showing car = yes. Registration = no need. Just show up in a Mustang. Everything else, including food, at CJ is free.

Could we still check in if you ain't there? We would be at the hotel around 6pm on Friday. 2 rooms btw. Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. I think that's August 8,9 and 10.
