Default July 27th Cookout/Cruise

All,
This is the official thread for the Cookout/Cruise on Sunday the 27th. We will also make a thread in Buckeyestangs.com to cover our bases.

X, can you secure a location for a cookout? The place we went two years ago was nice.

I will be putting a cruise together from Columbus/Lancaster if anyone wants to cruise on over.

Also, I will be putting together a shopping list. Would everyone want to donate $5 or so? Or just assign things to bring?

Also, we can hit a Roosters/Frickers/Hooters/QS and L and grab a drink if people want to afterwards like we did last year.

Let me know thoughts.

I will continue to update the list of who is going. So, please RSVP.

Thanks, Matt

Depending on how many people are in, I can just have it at my house. I am on a 1/2 acre corner lot so I have parking for 6 in the driveway and 30 on the street. Trust me, I know. Grill, corn hole, basketball hoop, football, baseball, soccer goals, bon fire pit (ok its just a cheap Lowes thing but, it bursn fire damnit!)

Or we can do it somewhere else like a park.. doesn't really matter to me. OSU you have seen my house, you know what the street parking and green space looks like.

Hey, if no one is in, just bring the family down to my house. We can just sit around and BS all day or go somewhere. How old are your kids? We have kids in the neighborhood over at our house it seems like every day ranging in ages from 6 to 11. Point is, they will have someone to play with. Less the newbie of course.

I may have to bow out of this. With almost no takers, I scheduled myself to work until 1. I can be in Dayton by 2:30

I thought you gave up drinking? Well...if that's the case, I may be able to roll out there around two or three.

no, i gave up abusing it. 8-12 beers daily is a no go. Socially drinking some on a Saturday is a yes.
