Mobile 1 is good, you could go 5 or 6k miles with it. Dont waste your money on that slick 50 stuff. Most oils already has everything you need to protect the engine.

Slick 50? NO!!! Stay away from all additives; especially slick 50. I have seen that tested on tv were they heated up the oil in the lab to a temperature similar to an engine and it got solid. Chunks of slick 50 in your engine is not good.

Definitely NO additives in our S197's.

M1 is a very good oil. I use it plus an M1 filter in my SUV which is my tow vehicle and I change it at 8,000 mile intervals. I would go 10,000 miles if I didn't tow. My other SUV's were also at 10,000 mile intervals and they all were beyond 150,000 miles and never used any oil. I use Amsoil 0W20 with the Amsoil filter in the Stang and I change that at 8,000 - 10,000 miles. I'd go longer if I did oil analysis but if I'm getting underneath to take a sample I'll just do an oil change.

I've been changing my own oil for over 30 years and also have oil analysis training. People are brainwashed into believing they need to do oil changes much too frequently.
