Default Got 10K on the new motor. Switch?

Okay, So I have a 2000 Mustang GT that had a brand new Ford 4.6L crate engine installed by ford, which is turning over 10,000 miles. I have been running Penzoil on every change, at about 2,500 miles a piece.

I want to switch to synthetic. Which synthetic is the best? What grade should I use? I was thinking Royal Purple, but I heard it eats away at seals?

Well there is no best synthetic all of them are really good. Mobile 1, amsoil, redline, royal purple, pennzoil platinum, valvoline synpower buy what ever your willing to pay. Ive been running royal purple for I dont know how long now and no leaks or anything.

best synthetic oil ? well thats like talking about what religion is best

one thing we all agree on that
Synthetic > Dinosaur oil

I'm a little biased, but I was a Amsoil customer before I was a dealer.
