Yes the wine went away once all the air was out its weird, following instructions they said to keep repeating the bleeding process till the bubbling/milky appearance of the fluid is gone and also the whine, and the noise continued through several bleeding cycles so I can't determine whether the whine was from the wrong fluid or the air or both. I will say the pump I just put on it was a junkyard pump because I assumed the original problem was the pump and the original pump was ran on power steering fluid for over a year and it always whined so I am going to go ahead and say running power steering fluid in it will cause it to whine and eventually the pump did burn out completly.

The M&B TrickShift, Original, seems to have done the trick. I have, however sold the car. Moved up to an 08 Mustang Premium Convertible with only 18K miles and it is SWEET.
