Default 09 mustang will not start

my 09 mustang has been working fine , never any problems , then it started to not work , it makes this weird sound like paper being torn and fuzzy tv mixed together and all the lights on dash light up , doesn't sound like motor is trying to turn over , not sure what to do thats for any help .

sounds like a frying sound. if so, You have a loose wire. either on the starter or the ground is loose. check all the positive connections and the ground connections.
