The Strano Performance Parts, Capital Quest Mortgage Ford Mustang was strong this week.....

Pics 1477-1479, 1512-1513, and 9770-9771 are of our car. Of course I have my hand on about 90% of the FS and ESP cars out there. That's just the one I drive! I'm #141.

Congrats Sam. Sounds like it was pretty hairy for some of the RWD cars this year. A big group from my region, CKR, were there this year and I hope to make a go at it next year.

I really didn't have any issue... Most of my customers had no issue. I think setup is key, and I don't run hugely stiff shock settings and all. Last year I ran in far worse conditions. It was much colder and I ran the first two days. It wasn't as good as this year, but then again I also had bigger tires to try and heat up and all, and I paxed 11th overall in '06, 1st this year. I just don't seem to struggle there like others do.

Sam, if you don't mind my asking, what tire & wheel are you using on the SGT? Good to see a Shelby on the AutoX course!

We have 3 sets of wheels. Cheap ones that are pretty heavy (Kazera's), one set of Ford Racing wheels for the rains, and one set of Volk RE30's (17 pounds, nice and light, only 9 lbs each less than Ford wheels). We run 285/30-18's.
