The NMRA gets back into action May 1-3 at Maryland International Raceway in Mechanicsville, MD., with the running of the 15th Annual SCT NMRA Ford Nationals presented by SVTPerformance.com. With wild heads up drag racing, giant UPR ALL Ford car show, manufacturers' midway and more, this event is a guaranteed "must-attend" for any Ford fan within 100 miles of MDIR.
With two races already completed this season, this race actually marks the halfway point of the 2015 season, which means if racers haven't got their acts together by now, they can forget about a shot at winning one of the ten class championships that are up for grabs.
With different winners in eight of the ten eliminators thus far in 2015, this upcoming event in Maryland will provide the backdrop for some incredible on-track battles. Known for one of the best track surfaces in the nation, MDIR will probably produce some record runs, which may prove the difference in this year's heads-up title bouts.
There will be plenty to see and experience in Maryland the first weekend of May, as the wild boys (and girls) of the NMRA descend on Budds Creek!
