100 is a pretty good bargain, we have about 4 or 5 of these in our family, and they never get tickets...but poor old me didn't get one, lol. I wish I could justify spending 100 on a license plate frame after I just spent 35 on a shelby one...

So I talked to my brother who has one of these, and he said that it would be bad if you were caught with the plate but not actually being an 11-99 foundation. He also said that many people counterfeit these things.
I am not accusing you of counterfeiting at all, and to be completely honest, if I had an extra hundo to spend on a license plate frame, I'd do it in a second, I just thought everyone should know.
the thing is, chp and police officers arent allowed to ask how you got the plates or anything. so techniclly you cant get in trouble..
