The MAF came w/ my kit. it is the same one VMP Tuning sells. It isn't the PMAS one you may be thinking of but not sure of the exact brand. Coupled w/ the Mafia it should far exceed your HP goals. The mafia will expand the voltage range that the MAF will work at.
