hows the everyday driveability with this shift kit? and what are the benefits of a shift kit other than firmer shifts?

On my old car, I used it everday for driving w/o issues.... year around. The crisper shifts are an improvement over the sloppy (softer) which are NOT as good for the tranny as firm shifts. It's the same idea with a manual, slippage is bad for the tranny. Thus it will prolong its usage. Also you can back shift to any gear at your command. It'll hold the gear you select to any RPM.
But overall it's a quick & easy way to improve your car's acceleration without modifying your engine. In addition to (above ^^) It also makes the shift from First to Second gear shorter for a better launch, but with no loss of smoothness. It also corrects, reduces, or prevents early shifts, soft shifts and stacked or late shifts.

I am open to a reasonable price (retail value: $109) and/or a trade (plus/minus) cash inlcuded depending on the value difference. I would like someone to be able to use it, its just collecting dust.
