Default SOLD!!! '05+ Pypes Mid-muffler cat-back **PRICE REDUCED...$200**

Category: Engine - Exhaust
Price: $200
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: S197
Location (State/Prov): FL
Item Condition: Used

10/25/10 >>> PICS ADDED!!!

I bought this for my dad from someone on this board, but he had a change of plans and decided not to use it. In any case, all parts are there and the system appears to be in good shape. However, after buying this, I found that some of the triangular metal wedges that go with the band clamps are missing, and one of the clamp bolts is bent a little (should still work fine). I couldn't imagine these costing more than 50 cents to $1/each. (ON EDIT: I think there is only 1 missing wedge, and I don't think they're crucial...see the small triangular pieces in the bottom of the clamp pic...also, the bent bolt is on the far right clamp and you can see it is very minimal). Also there are more clamps still on the pipes, these were just the ones that were loose in the box. Please keep in mind this is a cat-back too, not just an axle-back like most.

Asking $200 obo + actual shipping (down from $250). I'm located in Orlando, Fl and will be happy to meet up with anyone local to avoid the shipping.

Thanks for looking!

Ryan

FYI a 2 1/2" band clamp, the style with the two bolts and triangular wedge like your talking about, run about $13 each at Napa.

Any idea how much the triangle itself costs? The clamps are fine...

Why worry with the band clamps? Have it custom installed and welded. It's the only way to make it fit right anyway.

I have heard this is best too, but definitely more permanent. If I still had my Mustang, I would have put this on in a heart beat.

dont know if you can get just the triangles. Wish I had the money right now, been really wanting to try that setup in place of these violators.
