if ford is going to fix my problem i wont be needing them and will be calling to day and will get back to you this eve. Also is this for both L and R sides?

yes, the GT500 upper strut mounts are a pair.
if you are going to be installing these, you might want to look at lowering your car at the same time. and of course, buy the cam bolts and UCA...make me a deal on all of it
