I bought this new as an extra for $1200 after an accident, I didn't need it when they just patched my existing hood, they no longer make these and the alternative is a $1700 aluminium hood. I've never had a problem with it. It's in brand new condition with all hardware in the original box.

Note: The markings on the edges are NOT damaged in any way shape or form, the hood is absolutely brand new in the original box. The Saleen sands the hood when they're primed to make sure they're perfectly smooth and match OEM quality. Most manufacturers do not sand their hoods which is why they are so expensive to paint.

Is this fiberglass - aluminum - ? Do you have the vents for the openings? Any better pictures?

And where is "Bright Springs" for local pick up?

This is Fibreglass, but it's extremely high quality. My OEM Aluminium Saleen SC hood was replaced with a Fibreglass one and I've never had a problem with the Fibreglass hood in any way. I've seen some bad and some good fibreglass products and this one is definitly high quality.

EVERYTHING is included, vents, mounting hardware etc.

This pictures are vague because the box was NEVER opened, it's in 100% brand new unused factory condition.

I really want the aluminum because I do a lot of highway driving and my hood gets trashed by rocks. Do you think any fiberglass could hold up to it? I really want a Saleen hood.
