05-09 NEW CDC GT Classic Chin Spoiler

Selling a NEW CDC GT Classic Chin Spoiler.
This is brand new. Was taken out of the packaging because I was told it was for a V6, then found out it is the wrong one and that its the GT Classic.
Have installation instructions but can't seem to find the hardware for it but they only hardware its supposed to come with is some 3M tape and some screws I belive which should be pretty cheap and easy to find.
Asking 140 plus shipping.
Updated with pics. I noticed that just to the left of the center of the chin spoiler is a chip maybe a half inch long. I didn't notice it until I took the pictures and have included a picture of the chip. It's a shallow chip and not that noticeable until you get close to it. Will be even less noticeable when its on your bumper. I have lowered the price to reflect this.

All right Peshields is first in line. I will contact you with a shipping estimate as soon as I get my chin spoiler, which according to USPS is in Philly right now making its way to Albany, NY area.

So I know that shields has first dibs but I just want to know if the spoiler is painted, I can't see the pictures?

i believe since it was just pulled out of the box for a test fit that it's probably unpainted.
