My mom and stepdad live in shelby. He is the GM of the regional walmart distribution over there. Will these fit a s197?

That's cool that he works there! That place is HUGE.
EDIT: Here's how the SLP LM1s are for the S197, it just looks like the muflers are made into the tips? http://www.americanmuscle.com/axexlmo20mug.html
Unless you custom made it to go before the Axle, I don't think it would work. The New edges and sn95s mufflers go before the axle.
